Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you, or someone you have nominated, receives the goods. You can exercise this right by completing the form or sending us another clear statement that you wish to withdraw.

The form notifies us that you are withdrawing. To register which items you wish to return, sign in to My account, open My orders, select the order and choose Request a return. Do this after sending your withdrawal notice if you have not already registered the return. If you cannot access your order, contact customer service for help.

We will confirm receipt of your notice by email. Any payment received will be refunded no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide evidence that they have been sent back. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after giving notice.
